Canadian Mental Health Association Shuswap-Revelstoke is excited to be organizing our annual bike ride fundraiser – Ride Don’t Hide (RDH)! It has been a few years (2019) since our Branch has been in a position to host this fundraising event and we love the approach of nature, movement and connection aligning with our fundraising efforts!

We are back and have not forgotten all the energy, community and joy you brought to our bike riding fundraising efforts!

This year we are hoping you will be our champions once again and support us in taking on a new venue.  Our fundraising ride is going to be at Larch Hills Nordic Centre and will feature a 10km, 20km and a timed 50km gravel ride on October 6, 2024!  The Shuswap Cycle Club and the Shuswap Trail Alliance are going to share their expertise to have this ride be amazing.

We have also included a 5 km walk through the inspiring nature trails of Larch hills as an alternative to riding.
