Events in Salmon Arm for Mental Health Week

In partnership with Downtown Salmon Arm, help the Canadian Mental Health Association Shuswap-Revelstoke celebrate Mental Health Week at the Ross Street Plaza May 7th and 31st.

To help you beat the “Monday’s”, why not meet CMHA for a #mentalhealth break on May 7th at Ross St. Plaza? There will be movement, music, feel-good moments and … cupcakes! Take a break and join the Canadian Mental Health Association Shuswap-Revelstoke for a BBQ event in Downtown Salmon Arm! There will be food, music, and some bike themed fun, with all proceeds supporting our local Ride Don’t Hide Fundraiser. We hope to see you at the Ross Street plaza on May 31st! From 11:45 -1 pm.
